How can I become a stockist?

Can I order from overseas?


We are currently reciveing online orders Australian wide, and also China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea. For those looking to by from China, Taiwan or Hong Kong please contact us through our official WeChat platfrom or you can buy directly on our Mamaoaka Taobao Shop.




Where can I purchase Mamaoaka products offline?


Currently we are in the process of partnering with other stockists, in the meantime you can order our products online. We will let you know as soon as we stock our products in selected stores.




How long does it take to get my products delivered?


Our standard delivery with 'Australia Post' will take 2-7 working days depending on location. Express delivery packages are received next business day.




Refunds and Returns?


We will fully replace damaged goods covering all shipping costs. If you have changed your mind about your purchased products refunds will be placed once the goods are sent back within 30 days in unopend and orginal condition. Please keep in mind that all delivery costs with 'change of mind' products will not be not be provided as part of the refund.




What payment methods do you receive?
